Notice of Product Innovation! Metric 27 drain plugs.

Femco was recently contracted by the Cummins Engine Co. to supply Femco drain plugs to their engine test facility. In effort to be as close to the factory pug as possible, we redesigned a metric 27 drain plug to copy the exact specifications as the Cummins engine oil factory plug. This required the plug to seal to the oil pan with an O-ring instead of the copper washer, which is standard on Femco products. This plug works in the exact same way and adheres to the high quality standards you are used to with the minor change of the O-ring.

Part numbers for the O-Ring style is 12-27200-02 for the Speed Click design and 10-27200-02 for the Standard design.

The regular Femco metric 27 drain plugs continue to be available under their current part numbers and the copper washer continues to be a excellent method in sealing the plug to the pan.
